This campsite is located near the sea and offers various activities suitable for children, fishing, and hiking. There are plenty of spots on a spacious lawn to set up your camp, and the sanitary facilities are well-maintained and included in the price. The owner may not speak English, but if your children or grandchildren are present, they can assist. The reception is open from 16:00 to 17:00, but you can visit at other times to find a spot if needed.
A beautiful campsite with many long-term campers. However, there is a large grassy area to the right of the reception and plenty of space behind a small hill for short-stay campers. The facility is located right by the water and is pleasantly quiet. One of the most beautiful places we visited during our 3-week vacation in Norway. The only downside is that the sanitary facilities should be cleaned more regularly.
We were lucky to secure the final spot for a caravan on a busy summer day. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the sea. The facilities are new and well-maintained, including showers, restrooms, and a washing machine. The host is friendly and accommodating. There is a playground for the kids and a small beach with shallow water. Additionally, there is a floating trampoline in the sea. It is the perfect place to stay near the Dyrepark in Kristiansand.
