There is a parking space available in front of the village Juta. The water in this area is fresh and suitable for drinking. The weather here is very cold. This parking space is popular among travelers, who often gather here for several days. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 1900 meters above sea level.
This place is absolutely stunning! We stayed overnight on the opposite side of the street (on the right-hand side if you're driving towards Juta), right next to the river. The best part is, you don't need a 4x4 vehicle to reach here. Although there is no shade available, you can still cool off in the river, as the water is clean and freezing cold. The views of the mountains, including Kazbek, are simply breathtaking.
This is a lovely place to spend the night. When we visited in October, the temperature dropped to 4 degrees Celsius at night. It was the ideal location to explore the Juta region the following day. Despite being close to the road, it was peaceful and quiet.
