I stayed at this location for two nights and found it to be peaceful and relaxing. There was only one other vehicle in the parking lot when I arrived. The pub was closed on Wednesday, so I asked the shop if it was okay to park, and they said it was fine. On Thursday, I was pleasantly surprised when a local resident named John, who is also a shareholder in the pub, knocked on my door to see if I needed anything. He turned out to be a fellow motorhome enthusiast and gave me his contact information for the future. I had lunch in the pub garden on Friday, which was only open on weekends, and found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly throughout my visit. I would definitely consider returning to this place.
