Quiet area for overnight stay. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed the view of horses in the morning. There are nearby containers for disposal. Highly recommended.

There is a spacious parking area near the Pena Queimada recreational area. The spot offers amenities such as tables, a drinking fountain, and a waste container. Located in a tranquil natural setting with stunning views, it is only 5km away from the town of Boal where you can find all necessary services and a motorhome area with water and waste facilities. It is also a great starting point for various hiking trails. However, please note that the access road is not in great condition. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the area responsibly and dispose of their garbage properly.

We have eaten and spent the night here without any issues. It's a spectacular place. The road to get here is a bit rocky, so caution is needed. We managed to drive up in a Vito without any problem. Please respect the space and the horses grazing around, and leave it clean. There is trash around, so be mindful of that. I highly recommend it.
