There is a great place below a Ranger hut where you can stay for a small fee. Parking is available for free. The river is stunning and the water is safe to drink. The rangers are friendly and helpful, with one even speaking fluent German. Locals often gather there for weekend barbecues. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to two nights.

No more construction at the location. Perfect starting point for hiking to the waterfall. However, it is quite difficult to find a level spot. We did not stay overnight there.
