I took a narrow road that didn't have any flat surface on the hill. Instead, I turned left and found a forest road that had a nearly flat area. The views were beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil.

There is a scenic spot on a hill above the town of Ustroń. It offers a grill area and is also a good place for mushroom hunting. Staying overnight is an option, however, there might be occasional groups of people that come to enjoy some beers. Most of the people there are friendly, so just make sure not to block the road to the forest.
