The pitches are situated on a spacious and peaceful meadow near the mill. There is ample room for children to enjoy activities like ball games, visiting a petting zoo, playing in a sandpit, and cooling off in a paddling pool. Additionally, there are hammocks and a large outdoor deck for relaxation. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, visitors can also explore the Mühlenpark café and the new shop "Die Garage" which offers regional products, decorative items, and special clothing. On Sundays, there is the option to have breakfast at the outdoor café. Public toilets and a garden shower are available for use.
This is a wonderful place to relax with a large meadow as a parking spot near the mill. The charming courtyard and garden offer everything the nature has to offer. The atmosphere here is unconventional, creative, lovingly designed, and with a lot of commitment. Just stop by Dorothea's "Wagon on Wheels" to enjoy some delicious treats and unwind after a day of traveling. And make sure to try the apple-beetroot juice, it's a must!
A tranquil place to relax and unwind! We have been here three times already and will happily return! Even during the summer holidays, we sometimes had the whole meadow to ourselves. The numerous seating areas at the café and in the large garden are cozy and beautifully designed. You can enjoy complete peace and quiet here, and you will be greeted with great friendliness. Using the toilets and water facilities costs €5 per person, but otherwise, a donation is appreciated. It is absolutely fair.
