There is a big grassy area in front of a lake. The night was peaceful with no dogs or traffic, just a few fishermen. There wasn't much traffic on the road during the night, but it started to pick up around 6:00 am. It is easily accessible for all types of vehicles.
This is a great spot to visit either before or after exploring Bucharest. Despite the nearby road, it is relatively quiet at night since there is not much traffic. However, there are no amenities or garbage bins available. The only thing missing for a perfect rating is some shade. In the mornings, you may come across a few fishermen in the area.
