The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The bathroom facilities are kept extremely clean. The price is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

The Gasthaus zur Kraftquelle has a convenient parking space and a lovely garden restaurant. To reach it, take the road from the village rather than the gravel path. Look for the signs leading to the Gasthaus zur Kraftquelle and follow the street named Rain instead of Kistlern. If you are coming from Höfen, there are signs guiding you to the Gasthaus zur Kraftquelle. You can find parking nearby while on the Grand Tour Switzerland.

This is a lovely and cozy spot for campers, with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful view of Stockhorn. It is located in a peaceful area and offers good value for the price. The campsite owners are friendly, and it is convenient to reach Thun by bus, as there is a bus stop nearby. The only drawback is that there is no WiFi, but sometimes it's nice to disconnect.
