The mountain inn, Haldenhof, offers a convenient car park for hikers. It is a small gravel parking lot located under trees, near a large meadow and a small forest. There is also a guest house in close proximity. The car park is easily accessible as it is relatively close to the road and within sight.

The location is good, flat and quiet in the evening and at night. However, in the morning, there is a lot of noisy traffic on the road. We had to wake up at 7 am, not exactly the most relaxing vacation.
