If you're in the mood for a delicious meal, we recommend visiting the restaurant called ristoro Monte Kalfa - Casa del Pellegrino, conveniently located next to the church. Martina and Filippo will treat you to a variety of local delicacies. Enjoy your stay at this fantastic location!
A tranquil location with beautiful views of Mt Etna and the nearby mountains. We visited during mass time and it was not crowded, with only a few cars parked at the church. We parked on the other side and were the only ones staying overnight. There were a couple of taps, but unfortunately they were not working. Around 7.30am, hymns are played over the church speakers, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your breakfast.
Highly recommended. The highlight is the perfect view of the sea and Mount Etna! Upon arrival, it was very windy, but the owner of the place kindly offered us a sheltered spot for our van to spend the night. Stop by, visit the place, and enjoy a wonderful night with a sunrise. P.S. Incredibly clean.
