This backpacker hostel is conveniently located near the old town and Uzupis area. It has a small parking area for motorhomes (maximum length of 7 meters) and grassy pitches for tents. While there is little shade and slight slopes, electrical connection and wifi are included. Showers, toilets, and a kitchen are available for use, and there is also a washing machine and dryer for a small additional fee. Guests can enjoy the barbecue area, terrace with tables, chairs, and hammocks. Free tea and coffee are provided from 8.30am to 10.30am.
The location is great, just a short walk to the city center. The facilities are what you would expect from a hostel. Not the cleanest, but they serve their purpose. Unfortunately, they had made a double booking, so we couldn't find a spot for our camper. Luckily, they allowed us to park it sideways in the parking area.
The area for vans or campers is a parking lot. Right next to it is a designated tent field where parties take place at night. According to the house rules, quiet hours begin at 11pm. From that time, the music becomes softer, but people of the worst kind start singing drinking songs loudly, preventing us from getting any sleep. The showers were cold.
