We visited the place on June 18, 2023. There were no people on the premises. The phone number on the cars is different from the one provided here. We did not find a designated spot for motorhomes, but there was a parking space for cars. Everything seemed abandoned, so we decided to continue our journey. As an update, the owner has stated on Google since September 2022 that the place is permanently closed.
