This campground is situated by a tranquil lake and offers clean toilets, although showers are not available. The occupancy rate is usually low, and the on-site kiosk operates only during favorable weather conditions. Limited parking is offered nearby for a maximum of 30 minutes, but it may be a bit far from the campground. Nonetheless, the environment is pleasant and welcoming. As of October 12, 2022, the campground is now payable throughout the year. It's worth noting that we were informed by the parking attendant about this change without incurring any penalty.
Stayed overnight at a scenic location with a beautiful view of the lake, especially from the nearby playground. However, the facilities weren't up to expectations. The stay was quite pricey, with 20€ for one night, but additional nights were cheaper. Keep in mind that water can only be paid for using coins between 10-50 cents. Dumping the chemical toilet was possible, but emptying greywater was a challenge and required improvisation.
Beautiful air with views of mountains and lake. €15 for 24 hours. Very peaceful. It is rare to find areas like this in Austria.
