You can camp on the green area near the hostel. Please note that there is limited floor space, so remember to bring wheel chocks for your tent. You are welcome to use the hostel kitchen for cooking. Showers are available with hot water and there is no time limit.
This is not your typical campsite (grass field in front of the hostel), but that's what makes it charming. Guests are welcome to use the communal kitchen and shared spaces in the hostel. If you think it's fully booked, it's worth asking as the manager managed to find a spot for everyone during our stay.
The cost for one night's stay in a camper for two people is 350NOK. This includes electricity and access to a hot shower. The campsite can be difficult to level, requiring large blocks. These blocks may sink into the grass. The campsite is located next to a busy road.
