Il Poggio is a scenic, gravelled site in the mountains for around 15 campers. Plots are partially separated by hedges. Amenities include sewage disposal, limited electricity, fresh water, WiFi, and garbage disposal. A shuttle service goes to Monterosso, 4 km away. A hiking trail and a restaurant are nearby.
The campsite offers friendly management and ample space for campers. Guests can get a ride to Monterosso, which is helpful for exploring the Cinque Terre in one day via train. The location is affordable at 25€, making it a great option for visitors. Highly recommended!
In late May, we stayed at a good campground. The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips. Fresh bread was available in the morning. A shuttle service to Monterosso and nearby places was convenient. It’s a great spot for hikers; we hiked from Porto Venere to Bonassola.
