I managed to drive my 6-meter-long camper van up a steep road. The vehicle is quite tall off the ground, and I almost couldn't make it because I approached from the wrong direction (a steep slope in rainy/slippery conditions). The end of the road is bumpy with potholes. I strongly advise against attempting this route with a camper van, although once I reached the top, it was enjoyable.
