The surroundings are very beautiful. It is clean and there is a beach. You can go for walks in the forest. The place called Mandal is within walking distance.

The restroom facilities are well-maintained with clean toilets and flat showers, including some uneven spaces where having wedges can be useful. The campsite is surrounded by numerous pine trees, providing a well-established ground. Each pitch is equipped with electricity and water supply, ensuring good water pressure.

The campsite is not very impressive and I would only give it 1-2 stars. It costs 70 euros for a VW van, which is quite expensive. The facilities are not nice either. The showers are decently sized, but if the campsite had been crowded, it would have been a problem. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the beach and the fact that it's within walking distance (10 minutes) of the city center of Mandal. Overall, I would only recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Mandal, otherwise it's better to find another place or camp wild.
