The drive is fine, with a well-maintained gravel road. The view of the lake is beautiful. It can be a bit difficult to find a level area, and without ramps, it's almost impossible. The gravel road next to it was a slight disturbance, but it's rarely busy and still worth recommending.
Quiet and beautiful location with very little traffic. We had the place to ourselves all day. The lake is excellent for swimming. The site was well-maintained and had a fire pit. The long journey to get here was definitely worth it.
