There were some negative incidents involving a celebrity. The area often has puddles during wet weather. However, it is generally considered to be a pleasant location.

This is a beautiful location just a short distance from the beach. Occasionally, there may be some litter scattered about, but we made an effort to clean it up and were rewarded with a clean environment. We enjoyed several peaceful days here without any issues.
