I visited there 2 days ago. The son was very friendly. The season was over and there were only 2 groups of people. The bathrooms were not very clean and the communal kitchen was dirty, including the dishwashing sink.

Charming place, a little paradise! The owner is very personable and speaks German, and their son is attentive and speaks English. They go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The pool is a great refreshment. Special service: the owner arranges a trip to Ballatonfüred and back. The communal dining experience is a highly enjoyable evening. Highly recommended, a must-visit at Ballaton!
