Lörrach is a convenient location near the borders of France and Switzerland. You can easily travel to Basel by bus, train, or bike in just 11 km. While the site itself lacks greenery and is located near the highway, it offers a peaceful atmosphere. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gas station, discount store, and shopping center are conveniently located nearby. Please note that the pitch does not belong to the neighboring campsite, so additional fees may apply if you wish to use their services.
Water available at a very low cost (approximately €1 for around 80 liters, although I did not count). It is convenient, practical, and fast. No complications. My advice: before inserting the first coin, open the faucet and, if you are lucky, use the leftover water from the previous user. You can use coins ranging from 10 cents to €2. The connection is a screw-type, which is commonly used.
This is a good parking spot for an overnight stay. The facilities for water and electricity are good, and there is also a rubbish disposal area nearby. The Mättle pub is around 500 meters away and we had a delicious dinner there at 9 pm. It's recommended to call ahead before going.
