There is a new street that offers convenient spots to stay overnight next to the road. One particular spot at 1500m provides additional parking options along an off-road street. However, it is advisable to avoid visiting during religious times as it tends to get extremely crowded. It is a lovely place with stunning views, so please remember to keep it clean. You can also engage in pleasant hikes and visit the religious memorial at the summit of Mount Tomorr.
I followed the directions mentioned in the previous comment, and the road is indeed paved with asphalt. It offers beautiful viewpoints, and the spot is amazing and very peaceful. I easily reached the meadows without any steep slopes or obstacles. However, in the morning, a beggar approached me asking for money or cigarettes. I politely declined, and he left.

If you're coming from Berat, there is a sign (on the left) indicating Teqeja Abaz Aliut, you should turn here! There was strong wind and quite a bit of mud, so it may be challenging to get out.
