This is a peaceful and quiet spot. Sometimes, if the wind blows in the wrong direction, there might be a slight odor from the nearby water treatment plant, but it's not too bad. However, the sunsets here are absolutely gorgeous, and there is a mountain bike trail right nearby! Just be cautious as there are often broken glass pieces around.
