You can park your 4x4 vehicle near the riverbed, either by the water or close to the pathway, although it may be dusty if cars pass by. This place tends to be heavily visited by locals on weekends. However, our stay in mid-October during the week was pleasantly quiet.

I was initially excited when I arrived at the location, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment upon seeing heaps of rubbish scattered around. I left with a feeling of frustration. It's disheartening to see such a careless disregard for cleanliness.
