Great location, but unfortunately it is also quite expensive. We paid just over 50 euros for 2 adults and a dog. The sanitary facilities are excellent, but there is no disposal option for greywater.

Expensive and incorrect billing. Refund not possible due to card payment. Promised callback for clarification, but no response received. Emails to Knaus headquarters also unanswered. After 7 weeks, received impersonal email with refund details. Lack of customer service and unprofessionalism from both the operator and headquarters.
