Beneficio is a vibrant community that was established more than 30 years ago. It can be described as a diverse combination of a squat and a village, where various communal activities take place. The parking area tends to be frequented by individuals who enjoy drinking, but there are also others who do not. Smoking is quite common both in the parking area and further up in the valley. Access to the spacious parking is via a 1km dirt track, which includes a very steep dirt ramp. It can be an exhilarating experience if you drive quickly and avoid wheel spinning, although it may seem a bit frightening to some.
