There is a paid parking area outside of Waiblingen that can accommodate up to 13 vehicles. It is a parking lot with solid ground. Amenities available include dog-friendly facilities, access to fresh water, electricity, disposal for gray water and chemical toilets. There is also an indoor swimming pool nearby for recreational activities. The maximum stay allowed is 3 nights, and the parking area is open throughout the year.
We left feeling out of place as over half of the area was occupied by moving vehicles. They were releasing their wastewater by circling around the place. Additionally, there was loud conversation across multiple areas during the morning. It's unfortunate because as a tourist wanting to explore the town and Stuttgart, one does not feel welcome here.
We stayed here for one night and were very satisfied. The price was excellent - it's great that such places exist! Please appreciate these locations and remember to clean up after yourselves.
