This parking lot has 5 spots specifically for mobile homes. However, it often gets crowded and only 2 out of the 5 spots can be guaranteed to be available. The area is quiet at night but experiences heavy traffic starting from 6am. It is recommended for those who want to explore Nice, as the train station is just a 5-minute walk away and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Parking here is not allowed. On May 20th, a car was parked in the designated spot for RVs, reserving it for an unknown duration.
