We offer a family-run motorhome/caravan site in Leipzig. We have parking space for 24 mobile homes, which can be expanded to around 80 spaces during the season. Our site is conveniently located near Leipzig's city center, the old town, and the Leipzig Zoo, all within 1.9 km. The parking area is fenced, well-lit, and asphalted, although there is no shade. It's an easy 20-minute walk or an 8-minute bike ride to the city center. Public transportation is also nearby, with only 2 stops (a 7-minute ride) to the city center. On-site amenities include a barrier-free shop, gas bottle service, waste disposal facilities, fresh water, and a power distribution box. There is a small bistro and beach volleyball courts just 30 meters away, and shops are approximately 400 meters away, opening at 7 a.m. The nearest tram stop (line 9 Apfelstrasse) is approximately 350 meters away, only 2 stops from the main train station or city center. A petrol station is located about 300 meters away. The cost for parking includes two adults, with children staying for free. We offer easy disposal of gray water, chemical toilet disposal, free Wi-Fi, and dogs are welcome at no extra cost. We provide fresh water, electricity, and shower and toilet facilities. However, please note that our supply and disposal services are not available during winter. You can arrive at our site between 1 a.m. and midnight, and our site is open all year-round. Lastly, we are currently preparing to install video surveillance for added security.

This accommodation is run by friendly staff and is located in a quiet area at night. Electricity is partially available, although you will need an adapter for standard household plugs. Its location is ideal for visiting the city center or the zoo. However, please note that this place does not have its own bathroom facilities. The price of 15€ per night seemed reasonable to me.

The place I arrived at no longer exists as it used to. Many small houses have been built around it. It can be frustrating when you're already tired of going around in circles.
