To access the site, simply drive along the road that crosses the levee. Conveniently, there are sites available on both sides. This particular site offers its own beach for your enjoyment. While there may be some train noise during the day, the surroundings are generally peaceful and quiet at night.
A fantastic spot I discovered - a peaceful beach overlooking the beautiful Danube river. We only saw one fisherman there. It offers a stunning view and there's a small forest where you can hang hammocks. There are also many other spots along the river and on the other side if this one is already taken - all easily accessible by paths.
This location is a picturesque destination with a suitable environment for swimming. Throughout the day, the area is frequented by local fishermen without any issues. The presence of trains is minimal, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Exploring the nearby town on the Slovakian side is also highly recommended due to its pleasant aesthetics.
