Seecamping Taching is a beautiful campground located by a lake. It offers a swimming dock and boat moorings. Adjacent to the campground is a public beach with the restaurant "Seewirt," which also has a self-service area on busy beach days. There are various amenities available, including a children's playground, wet play area for kids, table tennis, boules court, and beach volleyball courts. In the nearby village of Taching am See, there is a village shop that sells local products, and additional shops can be found in Tengling, 3 km away.

We had a great camping spot by the lake, even though we didn't have a reservation. However, the pitches were not paved, only on grass, so it got a bit muddy. We brought a 25m power cable, which was just enough. Make sure to have long enough cables. The sanitary facilities were old but clean. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were many long-term campers, and the "tourist area" was a bit busier. We stayed for one night. The implementation of the COVID-19 measures was good. There were hand sanitizers at the entrances and designated pathways. Overall, everything was fine! We only paid €19.50 for two people with a roof tent and electricity.

This campground has permanent residents and is suitable for a one-night stay while traveling. However, considering the services offered, it is a bit expensive at this time of year for our liking.
