The Cleebourg wine brotherhood offers the peaceful Abri du Reifenberg, freely accessible to all. Located amidst picturesque vineyards, it provides four picnic tables, with three sheltered options. Trash bins are conveniently available. The spacious area accommodates up to four motorhomes on a flat ground, covered with a mix of grass and gravel. Additional spaces may be found nearby. Enjoy the stunning views of the charming village of Cleebourg and its vineyards.
This is a beautiful place with a stunning view. However, be cautious when driving to this location as the road through the vineyards is narrow. We managed to navigate it with a 5.40-meter long camper van. Many thanks to those who provide us with this opportunity.
I emailed the Wine Brotherhood to clarify whether it is possible to stay overnight in a van at the Wanderhütte on Reifenberg. Their response was that it is not allowed anymore due to issues with people leaving trash or emptying their RV toilets at that location.
