There is a new area in Castelfidardo that provides facilities for loading and unloading, as well as free electricity. From 01/01/2021, a fee will be required. The area is flat and paved, with shaded picnic spots available. It is conveniently located about 800 meters uphill from the Castelfidardo Monument Park and approximately 1 km from the historic center, where the Accordion Museum is currently closed for renovation until the end of August. There are nearby amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, pizzeria, and tobacconist. However, please be cautious when entering as it is on a busy and sloping road. This area can be a great alternative to campsites and coastal areas, offering a convenient location just a few kilometers away from the beautiful Conero Riviera.

The area is new and fully functional, with good facilities. However, it is located next to a busy and noisy road, and is essentially an illuminated football field. It is convenient for overnight parking and loading/unloading, but not ideal for longer stays. The town center is not very close and requires a steep walk uphill. Apart from that, there is nothing particularly interesting in the area. I recommend trying the pizza by the slice at Strapizzami just above the area.
