The road is challenging and suitable only for all-wheel-drive vehicles with high ground clearance. We couldn't find a flat area to park. Access to the lake is not available.

The Cistercian monastery ruins by the lake can be reached by a 2 km dirt road. It is a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the scenic views. This location is a notable stop along the Piast route journey.
