The area is quiet, especially in the front left part. The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, and it takes 15 minutes to reach the city center (No. 32 bus). With an hour ticket (EUR 3), you can also visit Schlossberg for free within an hour. Additionally, guests have free entry to the nearby outdoor pool, but they need to request the tickets at the reception.
Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood, this place offers easy access to the historic Graz old town, just a 20-minute bike ride away. It provides all necessary amenities such as water, waste disposal, and laundry facilities. The showers and toilets are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
We didn't stay overnight. After a long search in Graz, we were able to empty our greywater tank here. It is also possible to refill fresh water.
