The grassy square by the Rossiniere lake is a well-known spot for fishermen on Sundays and holidays.
This place is wonderfully situated by a reservoir. It is usually quiet during the weekdays. The train noise is not a major disturbance. Despite the rain, it was cozy. The access road is a bit narrow but manageable with a second person helping. It's a great spot for an overnight stay.
Beautiful little spot. We spent the day and night there. The 5 km lake tour is a nice stroll to do with the family. The regulars (fishermen) are very friendly. There's a lot of people during the day. Only downside, the police informed us in the morning that camping there at night is not allowed.
