La Fossette campsite is a peaceful camping site in LAVANDOU, conveniently situated less than 150 meters from the beach. It offers two toilet blocks, a motorhome service area, and a petanque court. The campsite is located near a cycle path and various shops. It is just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Please note that a minimum stay of two nights is required, with check-in between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., and check-out before 10:00 a.m.
When we arrived, the place was already full. We called and were rudely informed that everything was booked, and the waiting list was already full with guests planning to stay for 1-2 weeks (rather than just 1-2 nights). We are giving it a 2-star rating because of its location. It is recommended to call in advance.
In June, you can enjoy a pleasant stay at a small beach near Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, and Rayol. For just €20.5, you can rent a double room and use the electric bike path located nearby. The previous comments have all been positive.
