Located near the church and just off the main Liphook to Rake road, this place is surrounded by the beautiful South Downs and offers a variety of nearby walking trails. Though I have only visited during the day, it seems safe due to the proximity of nearby houses.
This location is an ideal place to spend the night. Despite some traffic noise, it was generally peaceful. In the morning, there were a few people walking their dogs. It's also a great starting point for short walks. The only drawback was that the trash bins hadn't been emptied in a while, resulting in some garbage around.
The area is very calm at night, even with passing cars. There is a beautiful church nearby and many friendly dog walkers. A local resident believes the place is safe and allowed for overnight stays, and indeed I wasn't disturbed at all. I highly recommend it! (No amenities available).
