This campground is beautifully arranged and has many long-term campers. However, in mid-August, there are hardly any campers around. It is very quiet and has lovely campsites with picnic tables. The Quick Stop option costs 23€ and includes access to clean bathroom facilities and electricity. The owners are extremely friendly and the bathroom facilities are spacious and clean. You can order bread rolls online until 8pm.
The campsite features a well-maintained grassy area with smaller sections, offering a more private and wind-protected experience. The cleanliness of the bathroom facilities is commendable, with convenient amenities such as family bathrooms and a changing room equipped with a baby bathtub, which is ideal for those traveling with an infant. Additionally, the campsite offers spacious playgrounds, pony rides, and the opportunity to interact with goats and sheep. The prices are affordable, as we paid just over 30€ for a one-night stay with a rooftop tent.
