There is a peaceful parking area at the Altglashütten-Falkau train station. There is a bistro available and a bakery nearby, about 500 meters away. You can find waste disposal facilities, electricity, and water at the station. Please note that you can only pay for electricity after paying for the parking space. It is recommended to use the corresponding socket number for your parking space when plugging in.
Lovely spot in nature with functioning electricity and payment system. When choosing a spot, be aware that some may require longer cables to reach the electrical box. Check this before paying for the spot. The occasional passing regional train was mildly disruptive, but surprisingly quiet for a train. We would visit again.
There is some mud and gravel on the premises, which could be improved. The waste disposal process needs better explanation. The train traffic is not bothersome. The place is likely to be more enjoyable in the summer.
