There is an area conveniently situated 600 meters away from the CAMPER AREA. It offers clean toilets and complimentary shuttles to and from Matera for visitors' convenience.
We received a warm welcome with a homemade bread gift. Don't be put off by the winter motorhome parking area in the back, as there is plenty of space and good distances in the front. We didn't need electricity, sanitation, or shuttle service, so we only paid 10 €, which was very reasonable. WiFi was also included.
The staff at this establishment in Italy provide excellent service and are incredibly kind. The facilities are neat, clean, and well-maintained. We had a great deal, paying only 55€ for 3 nights for a group of 5 people and a motorhome, including electricity. They offer a free shuttle bus to and from the center of Matera, running regularly throughout the day. We highly recommend this place!
