When visiting the upper Mayrière cave, there are a few things to keep in mind. In high season, finding parking in the countryside might be challenging. Additionally, please note that there is a significant uphill climb of several kilometers from Payssel to reach the cave.

A peaceful corner, with few people passing by and easy to reach. The view in the morning is delightful.
