The site offers touring and tent pitches, some with electric and servicing facilities. It boasts a 5-star amenity block with free hot showers, baths, laundry, under-floor heating, indoor campers' kitchen, and the option to hire a sauna exclusively. Other amenities include a small licensed shop, a children's playground, and an animal petting farm. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and there is an EV charging point available. The site follows a quiet policy after 10.30pm and within 0.5 miles, there is a pub that serves food and real ales. It is open all year round.

This campground is conveniently located near Hadrian's Wall and offers comfortable pitches for campers. The facilities include well-maintained showers and heated toilets/showers. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The cost for two adults per night, including electricity for the camper, was £28. If you're interested in visiting a Roman fort along Hadrian's Wall, I would recommend Vindolanda and Chesters, as both are highly recommended. In my opinion, they offer a better experience compared to Housesteads.

Our campsite is perfect for families, with a playground and some friendly animals. You can even join in on the feeding sessions. The modern facilities include heated toilets and showers, with two bathtubs for the ladies.
