Enjoy a stunning view of the valley, mountains, and sea from this location. There is a slightly rough parking area available along the road. Vans can park at the bottom, while motorhomes can park in front. There is also a footpath that provides access to the town of Erice. The view was stunning, but unfortunately, we couldn't find a suitable flat area to spend the night. It was still possible to park the van temporarily to enjoy the view, but we had a close call when the vehicle almost got stuck and we had to drive over a ditch to get back on the road. It seems like all-terrain tires would be beneficial in situations like this. If you're looking for a place to stopover, I would suggest checking out the spots located a bit further up.
There are some flat places and what a view! The scenery is great. The night was peaceful, except for the strong wind, which is not surprising given the location (promontory). We recommend it.
