Charming tourist village with a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants. There is only one shop, a 10-minute walk along the dike and around the harbor from the site. To access the toilets, you need a code, and the office is only open from 5pm to 6.30pm, so you may need to follow someone else to gain access until evening. The drinking water location may pose a challenge for UK vans with right-hand fill as it requires a long hose. Additionally, the tap fitting requires a large screw-on attachment.
