We had a great night before the next day's hike. There was nobody around, just the sounds of nature and an amazing starry sky.

There is a picnic area close to the Alla Cascata refuge. It's a good starting point for scenic walks to other refuges in Val Paghera. However, please note that large and heavy campers and caravans are not allowed at the entrance to the valley. The road may be a bit narrow, but vans can easily pass through.
