The place has a unique charm despite the lack of green space. The facilities are excellent, and the owner is a very friendly and helpful senior citizen. If he's not around, simply call the number on his office door.

The owner is really nice! You have access to a shower, lounge, and bar. And for the price, you even get a sauna! I highly recommend it.
