I tried to inquire about a parking space at Freundlich for 23-27 December 2020, but the operator responded very unfriendly, even hanging up on me without any excuses. It's a decent parking space, but this is the second time I've received an unfriendly reaction. It was a polite request, and if you can't handle customer service, maybe you should find a different job. As a native Mainzer, I love tourists, and we are usually great hosts.
