Enjoy a peaceful mini campsite in Örvényes, situated near Lake Balaton. It is conveniently located opposite a local beach, offering a genuine experience. The campsite provides basic amenities including clean toilets and showers, electricity, and shaded areas provided by trees. Please note that the campsite is not suitable for larger motorhomes, but great for smaller vans. Charges apply per person and city tax is required.
Small but functional campsite. It has a small field with plenty of shade-providing plants, electricity and water available in different areas. Two bathrooms and two showers, a small sink for dishes, washing machine, barbecue, and a fridge with freezer for guests to use. Limited English, but not necessary. Just a few meters away from the campsite, there is a free beach with a bar, restaurant, and a park. The cost is €25 per night for a camper van and two adults.
I do not recommend it. Communication was exclusively in German and Hungarian. We wanted to stay for one night with our small camper, two adults, and two children. Despite there being plenty of available space, the lady claimed there were no vacancies and we had to find another place to stay.
